Personal contact with investors, technical planners and our customers is particularly important for us, as it enables us to identify and satisfy their needs. This means we are not just committed to reacting quickly to implement our customers' specific project requirements; it goes without saying that we also provide expert advice in the early planning stages too. Our aim is to be a competent, reliable and fair partner not just to our customers but to all those involved in the building process - from planning support through to assistance with commissioning.

To this end we also adhere in-house to clearly defined assembly and testing processes, whereby the operation of every unit is tested before it is shipped.

Furthermore, as an innovative technology company we play a significant role in supporting the further development of normative and technical standards in the field of building automation and the sustainability of buildings, thereby creating the conditions for the optimum planning, contracting and installation of room automation systems.

To implement our corporate policies, we maintain a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 which is fully supported by the general management and which is regularly monitored for compliance and effectiveness.
