Our experts use Teamviewer remote maintenance software to create a secure connection with your PC. All that is needed is a reliable internet connection.
Instructions:
- Download the spega Online Support Client (Teamviewer) onto your PC and call us at the agreed appointment time.
- Run the software and tell us the corresponding session ID and password.
- We will use the data to establish a connection with your computer.
- We will then discuss what further course of action to take.
- You then close the client. This ensures we no longer have access to your computer. A new password is automatically generated when the software is run again.
